Terms of Sale

In short: you’re buying a digital download for use in your own business. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy. You have a 14-day money-back guarantee. The kit is guidance, not professional advice.
1. About us
CrisisKits is run by Wayne Farrell, based in Dublin, Ireland. You can contact us at crisiskitssales@gmail.com.
2. Who processes your order
Our orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. This means Lemon Squeezy handles your payment, calculates and collects any VAT or sales tax, and issues your receipt. When you pay, Lemon Squeezy’s own Buyer Terms also apply to the payment.
3. The product
The Small Business Crisis Kit is a digital product: a download of 10 PDF documents, most of which are fillable. The images on our website show real pages from the kit. Nothing physical is sent to you.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euro. Depending on where you are, VAT or sales tax may be included in or added to the price. The final amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Delivery
After payment, you’ll get a download link straight away on the confirmation page and by email. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder, then contact us and we’ll sort it out.
6. What you can do with the kit
When you buy the kit, we grant you a licence to use it within one business: the business that bought it. You can:
- fill it in, edit it and adapt it for your business;
- print it and make copies for use in your business;
- share it with your staff and with advisers working for your business, such as your accountant, insurer or solicitor.
You can’t resell, share or publish the kit or any part of it, give it to other businesses, or use it to provide services to other businesses, without our written permission. If you run more than one business, please buy a kit for each. All copyright in the kit remains with CrisisKits.
7. Refunds
You have a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Guidance, not professional advice
The kit provides general guidance and templates to help you prepare for disruption. It isn’t legal, financial, insurance, or health and safety advice, and it doesn’t replace any legal or regulatory obligations that apply to your business or sector. You’re responsible for the plans you create with it and for how you use them. In an emergency, always follow the instructions of the emergency services.
9. Our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of business, profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the kit or from not being able to use it. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the kit.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, or affects your legal rights as a consumer.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones in place when you bought the kit.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any protections given to you by the laws of your country.
