Our 14-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your purchase. You don’t need to explain why.

How to ask for a refund

Email crisiskitssales@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include:

• the email address you used to buy the kit, and
• your order number, which is in your receipt email.

We’ll process your refund through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, usually within two business days of your email. The money goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take several more business days to appear.

After a refund

Once you’ve been refunded, your licence to use the kit ends, so please delete any copies you’ve downloaded or printed.

Problems with your download

If a file won’t download or open, or your download link didn’t arrive, contact us at any time, not just within 14 days, and we’ll fix it or send you a new link. Most problems with fillable forms are solved by opening the files in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Fair use

We may decline a refund where there’s clear evidence of abuse, such as repeatedly buying and refunding the kit.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer and doesn’t affect them.
